Startup Care – Exhibition Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in exhibitions organized or sponsored by Startup Care (“Organizer”). By registering for or participating in any exhibition, you (“Participant”) agree to the following:
1. Registration and Eligibility
1.1. All participants must complete the official registration process and submit any required documentation by the deadlines communicated by Startup Care.
1.2. Startup Care reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
2. Payment and Fees
2.1. All applicable fees must be paid in full prior to participation.
2.2. Fees are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by Startup Care, subject to clause 6.
3. Exhibition Space and Setup
3.1. Spaces will be assigned by Startup Care based on availability and requirements.
3.2. Participants must adhere to setup and breakdown schedules provided. Late setup or early dismantling is not permitted.
3.3. Participants are responsible for their own booth setup, branding, equipment, and staffing.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1. All participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward other exhibitors, attendees, and event staff.
4.2. No offensive, harmful, or unlawful content or behavior will be tolerated.
4.3. Startup Care reserves the right to remove any participant violating this code without refund.
5. Liability and Insurance
5.1. Startup Care is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury incurred during the event.
5.2. Participants are encouraged to obtain insurance covering liability, property, and personal injury for the duration of the event.
6. Cancellation and Force Majeure
6.1. Startup Care reserves the right to postpone, relocate, or cancel the exhibition due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.
6.2. In such cases, Startup Care may, at its discretion, offer a full or partial refund, or reschedule the event.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Participants retain rights to their own content and branding.
7.2. By participating, you grant Startup Care permission to use photographs, videos, and descriptions of your exhibit for promotional purposes.
8. Data Protection
8.1. Startup Care will handle participant data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
8.2. By registering, you consent to receive communications related to the exhibition and other relevant Startup Care events or initiatives.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK
